I need to get a live person to talk to in the JP Morgan Chase Bank Mortgage Dept. I do not have a current account and I can't get past the automated voice without an account #. I tried my SS# number but apparently my info is too old for the number to register. I also tried using the *0 that a teller told me to use but that did not do any good either. I have to get this info soon because they are going to shred the info in Sept 2011. Help.
