My brain works too fast...am I just scatterbrained, or do I have a disorder?

i have similar stuff but i think of things i could build i have THOUSANDS of schematics for self perpetual energy.. i figured out how to make food infinite ... because everything an atom... i have trouble telling myself these things would work... i so i put them away and never think about them Again
