Job interview questions?

I would chose B because managers like to know when possible problems begin to exist with employees. Knowing this information could let the managers see if this is a reoccurring problem or not and know how to deal with the employee in the future. I have been told at work to not try to handle internal conflicts myself, especially those that concern customers, because I have not received proper training and having a manager handle it minimizes management risks.
