Teller position at Chase or Wells Fargo?

I used to work for Chase as a teller for about 6 months before I quit last year due to school but now that I'm done with school, I've applied at both banks. Both interviewed me and really liked me and I should be hearing from the both by tomorrow. I'm pretty sure I'll get both job offers but my question is, which is better: Working as a teller at Chase or Wells Fargo? I heard Wells has a better incentive pay for having referalls but since I've had previous experience and training in chase I think I might be better of with them. Thoughts?
