What states stay warm or hot year round?

I plan to go to college for a major in psychology and a minor in gender studies. (Undergraduate) I don't want to live in Texas, but I want to live somewhere that stays warm or hotter all year. I understand it's going to get cold at some point, obviously that's unavoidable, but I hate the snow and frosty, cold days. I prefer 60+. REALLY I want 70+ but 60 is okay. What would be a good state to live in and university to go to? (I want to live in a dorm, undergraduate, and major in psychology & minor in gender psychology)
