Anyone else miss the 80s when grown men sang songs about grown women and grown-up stuff?

Peter Cetera, Genesis, Dire Straits, Billy Joel, Brian McKnight, Bon Jovi to name a few........I'm sick of these little kids singing songs about what they don't have a clue, instead of going to school.
