How long did it take you to get used to the procedures for a bank teller?

I got hired to be a teller at my credit union and the training that I have to take doesn't have a classroom portion: it's all observing and hands-on-training. Training is 2 weeks or until however long I need to get everything down. So last Friday was my 2nd day, and I can actually make deposits on the computer w/o help help from my trainer now. So my question is: how long were you finally able to get used to doing your teller duties and all that? And also, what's a great tip to help me count money quick and accurate???? Thanks a bunch!
