Is it possible to have a crush on 2 guys at the same time?

So i have a crush on Peter Facinelli aka Carlisle Cullen and I have a crush on the guy who plays Derek on Teen Wolf!Is this possible i had a crush on Peter Facinelli for a year now and the other one for 3 weeks! I was not sure if this is possible or if I was not likeing Peter so much and moved on and found out I like Derek! but i don't know any more if this is possible
