Ok well I think she was referring to when Jesus told Peter "Now I say to you that you are Peter (which means 'rock'), and upon this rock I will build my church"--Matt 16:18. And there is also a parable Jesus told about to build your house on the rock, not the sand. That's probably why she made that gesture towards Peter for "build a house" and herself for "sink a dead body". Considering she spent 13 years in Catholic school I'm pretty sure that's what it is. The gesture goes back to the theme of the video which is her shortcomings in spite of her desire to choose Jesus.
