Looking for an old movie that possibly was disney, can you help me figure out the name?please!?

it was about the some young high school girl named Louise...(and everyone always says jeez louise in the movie) and she goes to a psychic teller. She was given something and her life changes. At one point she has a voodoo doll that looks like her teacher, and her brother turns into a dog, and she gets the guy of her dreams....help!?
