Poll: How do you like your hot wings? Who's, what sauce, and dip if any?

I like my hot buffalo but not crazy hot. I don't have a favorite "place" to get them. I love dipping them in blue cheese dip with nice size chunks in it of blue cheese. With a tall cold frosty Miller Lite. To all my wing brethren Bottoms up!
