Who can tell me what this trick is called?

Its a Walter something Scott trick, and it was on Penn and Teller fool us tonight, basically, you take a deck of cards that someone has shuffled, then you go through the deck and pick the royal cards. Thats all he did, just put each one on the table, occasionally putting one aside, till he had the 10, ace, jack, queen and king. He did this all blindfolded. HOW? (or whats it called?)
