How come the only women who flirt with me are tellers at my bank?

Women tellers at the bank always seem to give me more attention. They can be black or white married or single. I am not rich (at least not to me) and I don't get they same from men. So I wonder if they are they paid to be excessively friendly? Is it simply a money thing? Is it just in my head? Are the lights in the bank better than they are anywhere else I go?
